![]() They asked me for proof of the discrepancy in my name, which I provided. My legal name is my married name (kept for my kids after divorce). I had signed up for Chumba through Facebook which has my maiden name. My account and bank info had to be verified. ![]() ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** I am fairly new to Chumba and made my 1st request for redemption on Nov 30th and my 2nd on Dec 1st. I replied to the email and put in a ticket so I am waiting for their response. ****UPDATE 12 4.2020**** I received two (2) emails stating that my redemption requests have been declined as they need additional information from me. I provided the answers and am waiting for them to provide the bank form they need. *****UPDATE (#2)**** Customer support has already responded with additional documents needed pertaining to my bank details. I provided them with the ACH info directly from my bank's app and that should be sufficient. ******UPDATE ****** Chumbs Casino.thank you!!! My winnings were in my bank account this am!! ******UPDATE ***** My redemption request has been approved!! Let's hope this is it and my money will be in my account shortly!! ******UPDATE (#3)***** Chumba has been responsive thus far and the routing number they had was incorrect (I did not provide it so not certain where they got it from). Anxiously waiting for my 1st payout to hit my bank account.
